Busy, Busy, Busy!

I realized that I haven't posted on here in 2 months. Kyleur and I have just been so busy. So I am going to start from the end of the spring semester. I passed all of my classes! YAY! I finished my last semester on campus and now just have 14 credits of online classes left and my internship. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. After the semester was over I went home for about 10 days. My sister and sister-in-law threw me a baby shower. It was a lot of fun and got a lot of fun gifts from great friends. :)

We made these cupcakes. They were tye dye in the middle.

Our cute punch bowl/duck pond!

My sister made this! I think it took her a couple hours!

This is my belly at 32 weeks! Oh and my new hair cut!

Going to Illinois was fun! It was a great break from Rexburg and from thinking about moving. Once I got back I had about 3 ish weeks to pack and clean our apartment for our move to Boise. But we still had fun in those weeks! We were able to float the Boise river one weekend when we came over for our doctor's appointment.

After we got back to Rexburg after this trip to Boise, I spent my days packing up our apartment. I didn't realize how much stuff we have and we are only getting more stuff because of a baby. We are now currently living in Boise Idaho in a town home. It is way nice.

This is the front door and the stairs.

This is looking from the front door into the living room and straight ahead is the kitchen/dining room and the sliding door to the patio. To the right of this picture there is a storage area that goes under the stairs, a pantry, and a half bath/laundry room.

Here is the kitchen.

This is a bedroom. There are two upstairs and a full bathroom.

I will post more pictures later of it actually having furniture and decorations in it. :)

Here I am at 35 1/2 weeks! :)

I made this "cake" for Kyleur's birthday. :)

We went and watched Hot Air Balloons light up with Kyleur's parents!

Here I am at 38 weeks! Its getting so close!
Please excuse my hair, I just woke up from a nap! :) haha

My mom is here now and we have been busy busy busy with making quilts and other crafts. We turned a couple of my old bras into nursing bras. Saved us some money! :) We have already finished one quilt and working on another. Then we are also making quiet books for Beckett, Andrea, and Nathan at church. I am so excited to make those. Don't worry I will post pictures of everything when we finish them. Here is the first quilt that is done.

We are now just patiently waiting for Beckett to arrive. I just can't wait. Plus it is getting harder and harder for me to get around and it's just uncomfortable. We will see. Hopefully he arrives soon. Tomorrow is our 1 year anniversary. It is so crazy how much that has happened in the last year. I can't wait for eternity! :) I LOVE YOU KYLEUR! :)

Baby Shower!

My sister, Emily, and friend, Jamie, threw a great baby shower here in Rexburg. I am so grateful to have such great friends and family. It was great seeing everyone again. Kyleur's family surprised me and came to the baby shower so that was great to see them again too. :)

We played some fun games! In the first picture with all the bags, there were baby items that started with that letter. We had to get creative to find items to put in the bags. :) Then in the picture right above this paragraph they were guessing how big my belly was. The winner was....

My niece Kaylee. She was exactly right! :)

Beckett got a lot of great gifts. We are all so grateful for the things that we got at the baby shower. Thanks to everyone! :) Beckett is already so spoiled. I can imagine that he will continue to be spoiled after he is born. Only a couple more months and he will be here! Can't wait!

THANKS AGAIN!!!!! :)

4th of July

This was probably my favorite 4th of July. Kyleur didn't have to work so we got to hang out all day. He went golfing early in the morning with one of his friends while I was still sound asleep. Then when he came back I made breakfast for us, orange rolls, they were so good. Then we sat around for a little while because I had a little homework I had to finish. Then we decided to make rice krispie treats!

They didn't turn out well. :( We ended up throwing them away because they got hard so fast. They looked good though! We put blue and red sprinkles in them to make it more patriotic.

After our failure with the rice kispie treats, we went over to Kyleur's aunts house and hung out with his cousins.

We got to ride these dirt bikes. I was kinda scared because I have never been on a dirt bike before. It was actually a lot of fun. :)

That night we went to Idaho Falls and watched the fireworks. We were kinda far away, but we could still see them. I love watching fireworks. It was kinda frustrating because we were sitting on a blanket on the ground and I can't lay on my stomach anymore. So getting comfortable was really difficult for me and it made it difficult for Kyleur too. Haha.

We had a lot of fun, even though you can kinda see a tree in the way of the fireworks. But at least we didn't have to wait too long in traffic after the fireworks were over. :) We were exhausted after our busy day.

On another topic, I was 28 weeks on the 4th of July.

My belly is getting pretty big and it's only going to get bigger! Only a few more weeks left and we have so much to do to get ready for Beckett to be here. We are both so excited to meet our little guy. :) He is already so loved and spoiled! :)

Back and Forth

Kyleur and I have been taking many trips over to Boise for our doctor's appointments. It feels like we are over there every week. We were there for our 20 week appointment and found out that we are having a BOY! Then went back over 2 weeks later just to hang out. Then we went for our 24 week appointment and had to have another ultrasound because he wasn't in a good position to get good pictures of the heart at our 20 week appointment. We weren't mad about that because we got to see him again. We do have to go back to Boise this weekend for ANOTHER doctor's appointment. When they were doing the ultrasound of the heart they saw some things that looked different, so we are going to see a pediatric cardiologist. We didn't get to actually talk to our doctor because he was delivering a baby during our appointment. The ultrasound techs and the nurse told us not to worry and to see what the specialist has to say. Of course we are worried about our little boy, but we are just praying for him and having faith that everything will be fine. On the positive side of everything we did get more ultrasound pictures and we picked a name!!!!!!! :)

Here is another profile picture of him.

Here is a picture of his nose and mouth. It's kind of hard to find, they are in the middle of the picture, like you are looking up at his nose.

WE ARE NAMING HIM....

IT'S A BOY!!!!!!

We went to the doctor in Boise a little over a week ago and got our 20 week ultrasound, which means we found out that our baby is a boy! We are so excited, especially Kyleur because "The family name will carry on and the rest of our kids can be girls." haha. Here is a picture of his profile, you can see his little hand above his face. :) so cute!

The doctor asked me while we were there if the doctor here in Rexburg gave me the due date of September 26th, and of course I said yes. He replied saying that the baby is a little big then and that usually first babies come around 5 days late and it wouldn't be a bad thing if ours came early. Uh oh! I'm gunna have a big baby, at least I can prepare myself mentally right now. haha. I am a little nervous, but sooo excited and wish that he could be here right now, even though we are no where near ready to have a baby in our apartment. After we found out that we were having a boy we went to Babies R Us and started looking around. I saw so many cute little outfits, so I asked Kyleur if we could buy one. So we got this cute outfit that has monkeys on it. I am so excited to see him in it. :)

Here are a few more pictures of our little guy!

Here are his little arms!

Here are his feet. I love that you can see his toes!

Here are his legs.

Which the muscles are working great! He kicks or punches me all the time, but I love it! Kyleur can feel him kick now, which is so exciting. It is starting to feel real for both of us. You can also see my stomach move when he kicks.

ANOTHER UPDATE!

Kyleur was in Boise selling security systems, but he decided that it was more important that he is here with me while I am pregnant. I am so happy he came back to Rexburg. He was gone for a week and I hated being alone. He is such a great husband! He is so caring and hard working. Making decisions can be hard sometimes but he is so great at doing whatever he feels is right. Kyleur will be such a great dad to our little boy! :)

Jazz Game!

Kyleur and I got to go to a Jazz game a couple weeks ago with his Aunt Jan and Uncle Lorin. It was just a day trip to Utah but it was still way fun. Thanks Jan and Lorin for taking us! :)

We got there probably an hour or so before the game started and we were sitting in the seats on our tickets, which happened to be in the noise bleed section. You can kinda see our seats way up high.

But we were sitting there for like 5 minutes and a guy came up to us and gave us four tickets to sit in the 14th row! How can you say no? We were so excited that we didn't have to sit up so high.

Our seats were awesome. Sadly the Jazz didn't win and that meant that they were out of the playoffs, but it was still a good game! :)

Vacation

Last week we went to Mesa Arizona to vacation with my family. My grandparents just moved there, so it was great to see them again and Kyleur got to meet them. We had great weather while we were there, so we tanned every day and went boating one day.

We were there on Easter Sunday so of course we had to have an Easter egg hunt. It felt like we were little kids again. :) I try to hold on to those little things in life because I know things will change as we start having kids. Oh and you can even see my little baby bump in these pictures, which is very exciting.
Waiting for my parents to say "GO!"
All of our eggs! :)

ANOTHER BABY UPDATE!!
We went to the doctor again today for our 16 week appointment, nothing too exciting. We just got to listen to the heart beat and the doctor said that the baby is still sounding good. This was our last doctor's appointment with this doctor's office because we are going to start going to the doctor over in Boise. So hopefully we will get to find out the sex of our baby in 4 weeks! I hope it goes by so fast. We are so exciting!
